I love compilation lists and there are few that are better than the end of the year reviews. Lists that take the best of the best of the last 365 days for your amusement. I came across this one in my Slideshare feed, the Top 10 Social Media Blunders of 2013. This list covers big mistakes by corporations and their use of social media. I find it amusing to how some of these big companies with layers and layers of bureaucracy, approvals, reviews and meetings for all their projects are so loose on their social media postings. Most of the time the social accounts are controlled by low-level, entry-level or interns. At least those are the excuses these companies give when they screw up. Easier to throw a greenhorn youngster under the bus rather than admit their 20 year experienced marketing director was responsible for being a moron.
