Everyday 30 Day Exercise Challenge – Day 3
1 min readThe experts say that the human body needs at least 3 days of a change in routine to adjust. Whether it’s your sleeping cycle, diet and exercise the first 3 to 5 days are the worst. It feels I am getting adjusted to it because it’s tough. This new routine, although it’s only 30 minutes of my day, is not yet a part of my day but still a ‘thing’ I have to do. It will get better and it will never be normal feeling if I quit or short change myself on the challenge. Self discipline is the only way these things work.
Regardless of excuses, every single person can do this… but only if they want to.

Day 3
- Start: 10 minute treadmill run = 1.01 miles
- Short Rest (1 min)
- Back (8 lb hand weights)
- 10 reverse flys
- 20 bridge pullovers
- 8 renegade rows
- 50 second superman (hold it) – mistake, it was supposed to be 20 sec. I wrote 50 and did 50.
- 15 burpees
- Short Rest (1 min)
- Abs
- 15 situps
- 20 reverse crunches
- 40 squats
- 30 second plank
- Arms
- Total Time: Approx. 25 minutes
