Everyday 30 Day Exercise Challenge – Day 4
1 min readThe fourth day of my exercise challenge and it’s the first rest day on a section. Giving the back a break and the other reps are similar to Day 3. Gradual increase over time otherwise you will burn out or injure yourself pushing too hard too fast. I am coming up to the next level increase staring in Day 5 that will begin to show the true challenge of this goal. So far this exercises are fine but fairly non-impacting and easy to get through. I am working up a sweat, getting the heart rate up, doing the exercises the right way to maximize the value but I am making it through the sets without issues.
That will begin to change in the coming days.

- Start: 10 minute treadmill run = 1.02 miles
- Short Rest (1 min)
- Back
- REST DAY
- 20 burpees
- Short Rest (1 min)
- Abs
- 15 situps
- 20 regular crunches
- 40 squats
- 30 second plank
- Arms
- Total Time: Approx. 25 minutes
