Today sucked. I was tired out of the gate. Yesterday’s workout tapped me but severe thunderstorms slammed through the area last night and from about midnight to 2am I had no sleep or broken sleep. Just never got going right this morning. Regardless I got today’s exercise done, although it was painful. I sense tomorrow’s will be tough as well as tonight I’ll be heading to a concert. I may break up some of the longer sets into smaller, fast ones but I will get all the reps done. Luckily today I had a reset day on the back, no weights, but the burpees are now at a number that makes them very rough. I glanced ahead and at day 30 I will need to do 100 burpees and 100 squats along with everything else.
Also, I had published the first 7 days in a row after I had done the workouts to catch up. Now these will be daily as I complete them.

- Back – Rest Day
- 50 burpees
- 45 second plank
- 50 squats
