Everyday 30 Day Exercise Challenge – Day 10
1 min readTen days into the 30 day challenge, 1/3 of the way and my legs and arms are starting to feel it. Slowly I am beginning to feel the burns each day. I started out this challenge on easy and the fact I already worked out regularly has made these exercises not that challenge. That is beginning to change. The sets are getting longer and with the cumulative growth for all the exercise areas each day my body is beginning to feel the burn.
Today I was interrupted with a work related 8 minutes into the treadmill run, I had to take the call, so I finished up the run with a 2 min sprint at 7.4 mph. If you slack off you make up for it harder, that’s my policy.
