Today was a rest day with back exercise sets and my legs are still tender so I took it a little easier today on the run. Steady run, no sprints or inclines, a lighter jog. Yesterday I mentioned that my knee and hip were stressed but I know it’s not a joint issue but muscle and tendons as the tenderness went from my left hip to my glutes. The squats are doing their job. The burpees are doing it on top of it as well since a proper burpee is a full down squat and back up.
Even though I started out a little lighter on the intensity the workouts are still progressively getting more difficult.
