Everyday 30 Day Exercise Challenge – Day 131 min read
Each day is a tad bit harder with this exercise challenge. The body is starting to feel it, my hips are the worst. The burpees and squats are at a point that I have to break them up. No more than 30 second rest between short fast sets to the number. When I get to 100 I will shoot for 4 sets of 25 for the burpees and 2 sets of 50 for squats. Everything now is pushing the limits, no more can I blast through it and feel good. I am getting into Phase 2 of pushing it and feeling the burn. Phase 3 will be pain but it will be the good workout pain, if there is such a thing.
… at least I have tons of angst fuel to push through the sets (more on that later) …
- Start: 10 min. treadmill – 1.03 miles
- 45 reverse flys
- 45 bridge pullovers
- 30 renegade rows
- 1:10 second superman (hold it)
- 45 burpees
- 40 situps
- 35 bicycle crunches
- 60 squats
- Rest Day plank
