Working at home means more conference calls, video calls, and technology to drive it all. Not everyone is as savvy with these technological marvels as others, and it shows. Knowing what to do, when to do it while trying to work at the same time is a challenging multi-task. We have all been on calls where someone fails at these rules causing everything from million-dollar deals to fall through to embarassing moments you will never live down.
